RECORDKEEPING AUDIT
This audit covers all aspects of
OSHA compliance for recordkeeping. Our Health and Safety Specialist will review all of the
OSHA required documentation, reports, and/or forms. These include the OSHA 200 logs, 101
forms (accident investigations reports), Confined Space entry permits, Hearing
Conservation records, safety training records, medical monitoring, mobile equipment

This on-site audit is designed to review your
facility's current written programs. The audit will verify that your facility has all of
the written programs required by OSHA and will analyze each written program for content
requirements. A written report will make recommendations to correct any deficiencies
within your policies.
GENERAL INDUSTRY AUDIT
This audit is designed to provide your
facility with a practical worksite analysis of general safety and health violations. This
audit will help you identify existing hazards in Walking/Working surfaces, Hazard
Communication, Electrical Safety, Machine Guarding, Fall Prevention, Confined Space
Identification, Personal Protection Equipment, Fire Safety, Mobile Equipment Safety, Load
Limits, and a variety of compliance issues.
OSHA INSPECTION AUDIT
This on-site audit covers all aspects of a
real OSHA audit. Our Health and Safety specialist will go to your facility and conduct a
mock OSHA inspection. This inspection will be realistic and will familiarize your Safety
Coordinator, Human Resources Manager and/or other individuals responsible for Health and
Safety at your facility with effective techniques to manage When OSHA Knocks, and What
Happens in an OSHA Inspection. This audit will provide a written report on the types of
violations, citations, penalties and suggested corrective actions (abatement) your
facility could expect if OSHA was really at your door. This complete OSHA style audit
includes recordkeeping review, written program review and corrective action.
